Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate one or more of the following Categories of Process Production Activities and may have additional tasks within each:

• Follows and implement Health, Safety & Environment policies/procedures.
• Follows and implement Food safety and Quality, including GMP if applicable.
• Safely operate and monitor process equipment in area of responsibility.
• Record production data sheet available at the job location.
• Perform in-process analysis together with QC Analysts.
• Report any problem during operation to the Supervisors or Manager.
• Implement 5S and keep good housekeeping.
• Follow the applicable procedures.
• Recommends changes on procedures and practices for continuous improvement.
• Food Safety Regulation Compliance Management (Local food claims management, local prevention, local regulation knowledge)

• Technical Vocational School or Polytechnic or University with major in Food Technology or Chemical or Mechanical or Electrical.
• Fresh Graduate or 1-3 years related experience in a manufacturing.
• Positive work attitude, structured
• Must be Thorough and attentive to details, Organized
• Able to multitask and complete multiple requests on time
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Developing analytical skills with problem solving ability
• Ability to adapt well to a fast-paced environment
• Good Presentation skills
